Ballymore’s new flagship restaurant beside the US Embassy. We worked alongside creative agency 01-20 to produce an eclectic identity for Michelin Star Chef Robin Gill. A passion project honouring his late father, a jazz trumpeter from the 50s, the restaurant embodies the good-honest grandeur of Irish bars he frequented in New York in his heyday.
